We came out of media buying and chat operations, not “agency life.” After a few years inside creator accounts, the pattern was obvious: creators carried all the risk, income swung with traffic quality, and chat teams changed every month. Too many people got paid whether results showed up or not—the creator didn’t.

KreatorMinds flips that. We hire creators—primarily in Latin America—on a fixed monthly salary so they can plan their lives and focus on content. We carry the downside and earn our upside by operating well: disciplined traffic, scripted and QA’d chat, and clean reporting. When a month is slow, our creators still get paid. On the client side, we run 24/7 chat as a product, not a promise. We plug into pages, align to an offer calendar, and show our work in the numbers. Net LTV on free pages typically lands between $3.5 and $8 per subscriber depending on the source; some months are higher, some lower. We don’t publish dashboards publicly, but we share redacted proofs under NDA.
